This study explores the multimodality study of nine (9) state universities college websites applying textual and visual semiotics in the Bicol region. With the growing adoption of digital learning technology, the following study examines the SUC websites linked to (9) Bicol state universities, focusing on the webpage's analysis and interpretation. The research uses the framework Design Theory by Kress & Van Leeuwen, 2006. This framework focuses on the visual elements of design, such as color, text, and style, how they communicate meaning and influence perception. It considers the visual choices made in terms of representation, composition, and style. The researchers used qualitative research design to analyze the interactive site/sign that is present on the nine (9) state universities web pages of colleges in the Bicol region. The findings of the study shows that Bicol State University College's websites utilize literary and illustrated semiotics to create a unique organizational identity, encourage interaction, and enhance accessibility. In order to create a feeling of community and approachability, inclusive language, taglines, slogans, different fonts, and a warm tone are used to further reinforcing the university's identity and culture. This visual and textual strategy enhances each university's appeal and credibility in the digital sphere by not only providing clear and thorough information but also crafting an engaging narrative that is cohesive and in line with each university's own individuality. The researchers recommend that SUC websites within the Bicol region use findings from the research to enhance the visual appearance of their webpages.
