The welfare of nursing students can be enhanced by creating teaching materials, such as a booklet outlining various nursing theories and skills, and disseminating information to nursing students about the execution of the course syllabus for better understanding. Moreover, the use of a room plotting system and room occupancy monitoring allows the students to have equal opportunity and time to occupy rooms for class, creating a better and more conducive learning environment.
