Internships in the hospitality industry are structured work experiences that are offered by employers to provide practical industry exposure typically to students or recent graduates. This study examines the level of Internship performance of BSHM Students at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges S/Y 2023-2024.This study conducted to addressed the following: profile of the respondents in terms of Age, Sex, and Civil status; The Level of Internship Performance focusing on key areas: Food and Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales and Marketing. Descriptive research methods include surveys questionnaire and the data collected quantitative method. The findings from descriptive research provide valuable insights and inform future research, but do not establish cause-and-effect relationships. A total of 112 respondents from the BSHM batch 2024 participated to this study, predominantly aged 20-23, and most of the respondents were female and single. Findings reveal the Levels of Internship Performance of BSHM Students at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges S/Y 2023-2024 has a overall average weighted mean of 3.61 with the verbal interpretation of highly competent, highlighting that food servicing received the 1st rank with a higher weighted mean, indicating satisfactory ratings across all indicators. Food preparation and housekeeping also had high ratings, demonstrating good competency, while the front office results were positive. However, sales and marketing received the lowest score with the weighted mean of 3.49 with the verbal interpretation of moderately competent, highlighting the need for improvement in that area. This study suggests creating a structured internship guidebook for BSHM students that they will be prepared for their upcoming internship.
