This study used a survey method through questionnaires supplemented by an unstructured interview through home visitation among 50 respondents of Zone 6 Barangay Agos Polangui Albay composed of randomly selected from the clustered sampling of parents. Several statistical tools were employed to accurately aggregate the response of the respondents, such as the percentage technique, weighted mean, and likert scale.
