Summary, etc. The study was pursued to enhance the awareness and acceptability on telemedicine and proposed a plan to provide convenient healthcare services options. This study used a survey method through questionnaires supplemented by an unstructured interview through home visitation among 50 respondents of Zone 6 Barangay Agos Polangui Albay composed of randomly selected from the clustered sampling of parents. Several statistical tools were employed to accurately aggregate the response of the respondents, such as the percentage technique, weighted mean, and likert scale. Results revealed that most of the respondents age belong to the age group of 31-40 years old, the majority were female, belong to the religiously active, and had a family monthly income of less than Php 9,040. The level of Awareness of the respondents, the researchers found out that better patient participation in health management can be achieved using telemedicine ranked highest, while the extent of knowing the advantages of telemedicine for standard medical needs ranked lowest. The average weighted mean in awareness is 2.74. As the level of Acceptability of the respondents, researchers found out that the idea of using telemedicine for routine checkups ranked highest, while the idea of using telemedicine in emergency situations ranked lowest. The average weighted mean in acceptability is 3.21. In addition, there is no significant relationship between Awareness and Acceptability on Telemedicine. The proposed plan to implement a platform utilizing Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to share engaging content and raise awareness about Telemedicine and also develop engaging Radio Ads that highlight the benefits of Telemedicine for parents.
