This Research assesses custom review software for CSPC fourth-year electrical engineering students using a descriptive methodology. It places a strong emphasis on creating, constructing, and deploying customized learning resources to address their unique requirements and curriculum obstacles. This study defines the essential elements and functionalities of a successful review software by carefully examining the body of current literature and carefully analyzing the educational environment at CSPC. The program is carefully designed using instructional design concepts to meet the special needs of electrical engineering education. A descriptive technique is used to assess the effectiveness of the review software. This method entails thorough observations, documentation, and analysis of the software's influence on learning objectives. This study investigates the software's usability, accessibility, and general satisfaction using qualitative assessments and student and faculty responses. According to preliminary results, the review software greatly improves students' understanding of complex electrical engineering concepts, encourages active participation in the learning process, and supports group learning projects. Users also praise the software's interactive features, user-friendly layout, and capacity to accommodate a variety of learning styles. The body of knowledge on technologically improved learning resources in the field of electrical engineering education is expanded by this research. Through the utilization of descriptive methodologies, educational establishments can get significant knowledge regarding the creation and execution of review software customized for academic fields, consequently promoting a favorable learning atmosphere for students.
