The respondents of this study were two hundred eighty-one (281) BSOA students, who were officially enrolled in the 1st semester of the academic year 2023-2024. The data were collected through survey questionnaire via google form. In conducting the study, the researchers utilized descriptive design and quantitative method in gathering, analyzing and interpreting the data. The study utilized different statistical tools such as Slovin's Formula, Percentage Technique, Weighted Mean, and Spearman's Rank Correlation. The major findings shows that according to the respondents' profile, majority of BSOA students are female, most of the respondents belong to the bracket age of 18-20 years old, and majority of them are single. The findings revealed that the social learning environment which ranked as the highest and verbally interpreted as "Somewhat Satisfied", implies that students are satisfied with the social environment that CSPC has been offered and the cultural learning environment which ranked the lowest and verbally interpreted as "Somewhat Dissatisfied", implies that the findings may be useful to the institution in terms of addressing issues with regards to the cultural learning environment at CSPC. When it comes to factors that affects the level of satisfaction of BSOA students, the underlying indicators in Physical, Psychological, Social, and Cultural environment were all interpreted as affected. The findings revealed that the psychological factors which ranked the highest and verbally interpreted as "Moderately Affects", implies that students are affected with the psychological factors that CSPC has been offered and the physical factors which ranked the lowest and verbally interpreted as "Slightly Affects", implies that the findings may be useful to the institution in terms of addressing issues with regards to the physical factors at CSPC. As an output of this study, the researchers proposed a recommendation and action plan. The respondent's perspective has been included in this paper to improve the Learning environment at CSPC to give the students the best learning experience that they deserve.
