This study aims to assess the disability-friendly practices and the career advancement opportunities provided for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) employees in the Local Government Unit of Nabua. Aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 10 which aims to "reduce inequality within and among countries", promoting to provide PWDs with equal opportunities for professional growth and development. Using a quantitative approach, a structured survey questionnaire was utilized to gather data. The Pearson Correlation Coefficient was employed to analyze the relationship between disability-friendly practices and career advancement. The result of this study found that there is a significant relationship between disability-friendly practices and career advancement. All correlations are positive, indicating that as disability-friendly practices increase, career advancement for PWD tends to increase as well. Findings from this study will contribute to promoting a disability-friendly workplace that is not only for legal compliance but with the ultimate goal of improving the lives and career progression of PWDs. This can serve as a basis for other LGUs or organizations seeking to create similar practices that support the career advancement of PWDs.
