The education system has experienced a transition towards virtual learning methods, such as e-learning and blended learning, influenced by technological advancement. Learning Management System (LMS) have become crucial, offering a centralized platform for efficient education management. This study aimed to develop a web-based system that would effectively manage and store academic data of students, and educational modules and learning activities for teachers at Tandaay High School. This study evaluates the systems performance using the Black Box Testing. Scrum Methodology was used by the researchers as a guide to develop the system. An interview guide and black box testing via questionnaire with the school's students, teachers and administrators were conducted to learn about the problems the school faced and the necessary needs. The questionnaire was completed by 100 students, 20 teachers and an administrator of Tandaay High School and 5 IT experts from the field. Arithmetic Mean was used to evaluate and interpret the collected data. The study showed that the system passed the Black Box Testing, with a result of 0.97 which means highly functional. Considering this findings, the implementation of the TANHS LMS portal was recommended to enhance education management at Tandaay High School. Additionally, future work is suggested, including the development of a mobile application , a gamified module, adoption of Scrum methodology, exploration of Black Box testing implementation, and utilizing the study as a guide for system development. This approach aligns with the evolving trends in education technology and ensures ongoing improvement in meeting the school's needs.
