In today's generation, many organizations and universities still rely on paper-based processing, including the performance management of every institution. With this backdrop, the proposed study aims to introduce a transformative solution to Tandaay High School through a QR technology-based web portal for document tracking and requests. This innovative approach seeks to address the inefficiencies associated with mamal processes by automating document requests, providing real-time information, and generating QR codes. By adopting a mixed-method approach, the project endeavors to benefit teachers, staff, and students alike, offering a modern and efficient solution to streamline administrative tasks. Researchers developed the web portal with a clear focus on improving manual document tracking and request management for school administrators. The system has received positive feedback from users, garnering an average rating of 1.00 (Completely Acceptable), indicating high user acceptance and satisfaction. Moreover, the portal's design ensures accessibility across various devices with web browsers, enhancing its practicality and usability. To ensure the sustained success and scalability of the portal, researchers recommend conducting compatibility testing, exploring additional school portals for comparative analysis, and adopting Agile Software Development methodology for iterative enhancement. Functional black box testing and user acceptance testing have both demonstrated high levels of stakeholder satisfaction and the system's resilience under different workloads and conditions.
