This study aims to seek the ideologies of the parents along with the (a) Implementation of MTB-MLE, and (b) Teaching MTB-MLE subjects during the Modular Distance Learning Modality. In order to answer the research questions, the researchers worked and utilized a narrative inquiry to determine and gather information through the responses of the participants which are the parents of the primary learners on the ideologies of the implementation of MTB-MLE Semi- structured interviews with prepared research guide questions were utilized. The researchers used a manual coding and thematic analysis method on the responses of the participants which then analyzed and identified the common responses and patterns in meaning across the data to derive the themes. Furthermore, the findings showed that the parents of the learners are unfamiliar with the MTB-MLE. Parents know that there is MTB-MLE, but not the implementation. Parents' insufficient knowledge about the program creates a negative outcome to its implementation. Parents are having difficulties in adjusting to the abrupt shifting of their children's face-to-face class setup to modular distance learning modality. The researchers suggest a stronger parent involvement in schools to open them in a teaching environment to cope with strategies and techniques for teaching their learners.
