Accommodation establishments cannot prevent guest dissatisfaction; however, they can review their guests' feedback to help them improve their services. This study aimed to determine the level of guest satisfaction in accommodation establishments in Iriga City regarding reservations, amenities/facilities, and services. This study has a total of 205 respondents who experienced the amenities, facilities, and services in the accommodation establishments in Iriga City. The researchers' statistician used Slovin's formula to calculate the total number of respondents and the sample for each hotel establishment. The researchers used a descriptive method using questionnaires through printouts and google forms as their research instrument. Millennials and Gen Z make up the majority of the respondents of the study, and around half are females. More than half of the respondents go to these establishments for events and business purposes. The majority of the respondents stayed for a short period. Friendly and accommodating employees, sufficient guestroom and bathroom amenities in the accommodation establishments, and good reservation services have the highest impact on guest satisfaction, with a weighted mean of 3.37, 3.35, and 3.30, respectively. However, online reservations, swimming pool facilities, and parking attendants have the lowest impact on guest satisfaction, with a weighted mean of 2.59, 1.80, and 2.76, respectively. The researchers proposed a skills training program for the accommodation establishments' employees to enhance guest satisfaction. The researchers recommend future researchers have a broader scope to have a better overview of the level of guest satisfaction in the accommodation establishments in Iriga City because this study only focused on the hotel establishments in Iriga City.
