520 3 _aAn Attendance Monitoring, Payroll, and Scheduling System is a software solution designed to streamline employee management processes in organizations. Mother Theresa Colegio currently relies on manual methods for tracking attendance, computing payroll, and managing employee schedules, resulting in inefficiencies such as time-consuming workflows, data inaccuracies, and limited transparency. This study was conducted to analyze and design a low-fidelity prototype for a centralized system integrating attendance monitoring, payroll, and scheduling functionalities. In general, the objective of this study was to design a user-friendly interface and an efficient database structure for the proposed system. To achieve this, the researchers employed a mixed-methods research design and the Design Thinking framework. Data were gathered through interview guides and survey questionnaires from employees and administrators of Mother Theresa Colegio. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis and weighted mean. The research findings revealed specific issues with manual processes, such as redundancies in data entry, delayed payroll computations, lack of real-time attendance tracking, and scheduling conflicts. To address these challenges, a low- fidelity prototype was designed, featuring a streamlined user interface and normalized database to improve operational efficiency. The overall evaluation results showed a weighted mean of 4.64 for the user interface and 4.49 for the database, indicating strong agreement among respondents that the system met their expectations. A key recommendation is to enhance the system further by incorporating biometric authentication for attendance tracking and considering additional system testing methods to ensure better performance in the future.
