520 3 _aSelf-management remains an important skill for becoming an effective student leader as more and more students enter organizations without the necessary foundational skills in self-management and experience. This study seeks to evaluate the self-management level of student leaders in the College of Tourism, Hospitality and Business Management of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges regarding time management, self-motivation, and stress management. A quantitative methodology was employed to garner data from a population of 117 student leaders. The Google Form survey questionnaire featured an Investigation Responsibilities tool, and statistics such as percentage and weighted mean technique, Likert scale, rank ordering method, and Chi-square test of independence were used to collect and analyze the data. The findings revealed that majority of the CSPC-CTHBM student leaders are 21-22 years old, females, graduating students, executive boards, and mostly affiliated in College Student Council. The respondents have moderate time management, self-motivation, and stress management skills. Therefore, the findings that student leaders with moderate levels of self-management skills may benefit from further developing strategies to enhance their efficiency and productivity, allowing them to balance their academic responsibilities better, get motivated to attain academic success and manage stress effectively. Moreover, from the results there is no significant relationship between the respondent's profile and their self-management level in terms of time management, self-motivation, and stress management. As an output, the researchers proposed an action plan to improve the self-management level of the respondents. This action plan is designed and aligned based on the results of the survey.
