The study emphasizes the need for institutional support, reliable digital infrastructure, clear communication protocols, and policy standardization to maximize productivity under FWAs, ultimately providing evidence-based insights that may guide CSPC administrators in refining flexible work policies tailored to the needs of provincial academic institutions while contributing to the growing body of literature on FWAs within rural public higher education settings in the Philippines.
