| 520 | 3 | _aThis study examines the level of gender sensitivity awareness and its role in shaping ethical and inclusive behavior among Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA) students at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, Buhi Campus, for the year 2025-2026. Specially, the researcher explores the awareness of the students related to the gender-responsiveness, stereotypes, and biases, and analyze how this awareness influence their ethical decision-making, interpersonal interaction, and attitudes towards inclusivity within the environment, understanding these factors is essential in promoting a learning environment that upholds respect, equality, and ethical conduct among future office professionals. Using a quantitative research design, the researchers used survey questionnaire as their research instrument for this study, a total of 164 BSOA students from first to third year in CSPC Buhi Campus are the respondents of this study. The findings of the study indicate the level of gender awareness and ethical behavior across different demographic profile, indicating the factors such as the sex, year level, and prior seminar and training attended may influence student perceptions and behaviors. Moreover, the findings also shown a positive relationship between a higher level of gender sensitivity awareness and strong ethical and inclusive behavior among BSOA students. Suggesting that increased awareness contributes to more inclusive and responsible behavior with academic setting. Based on the results, the study proposed a comprehensive action plan aimed to enhance gender-responsive programs, strengthening awareness of gender-related policies, and promoting ethical and inclusive implement within the academic environment. These programs will promote a more equal, respectful, and supportive academic environment for all students. | |
