The research addressed the problem of decreased efficiency caused by poor workplace design, inadequate furniture, and limited ergonomic awareness. It sought to assess the extent of ergonomic implementation in CSPC offices and to establish the relationship between ergonomic conditions and employees' productivity. A descriptive research design was utilized, involving twenty-one administrative employees selected through total enumeration. Data were collected using validated questionnaires, interviews, and document analysis. Descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, and weighted mean were used to analyze the data. The findings revealed that ergonomic implementation was moderate in terms of workspace layout, furniture, lighting, and ventilation. Respondents reported issues such as non-adjustable chairs, limited equipment, and poor air circulation. The study concluded that workplace ergonomics plays a vital role in maintaining employee performance and well-being. It is recommended that providing adjustable furniture, conducting regular ergonomic assessments, offering employee training, and establishing institutional ergonomic policies to create a healthier and more productive administrative work environment at CSPC Buhi Campus.
