520 3 _aThis study aims to examine the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) practices of Small Enterprises (SEs) in Buhi, Camarines Sur, and how office administration functions can enhance these practices. It explores the role of communication, order and delivery management, and terms and conditions in supplier relations, while also assessing the effectiveness of records monitoring, stock management, and supplier negotiations in supporting business operations. Furthermore, it identifies the challenges faced by SEs in managing supplier relationships and consider strategies to strengthen SRM for long-term sustainability. The descriptive design was used, with 48 respondents from selected Small Enterprises engaged in supplier coordination, who were selected using non-probability convenience sampling, utilizing a research-made questionnaire as the primary tool. The study concluded that the respondents generally show competence in responsiveness and honoring contractual terms, but systematic tracking and two-way communications remain limited. Administrative functions were found effective, particularly in records upkeep and inventory management, through supplier negotiations were often based on experience rather than formal training. Challenges highlighted include reliance on a single supplier, limited supplier options in the locality, and structural constraints in procurement practices. Based on these findings, the researchers proposed a comprehensive action plan for SEs, focusing on formalizing documentation processes, enhancing communication flow, minimizing supply risks through supplier diversification and structured monitoring, and institutionalizing negotiation practices. The proposed action plan is design to improve efficiency, reduce supplier-related risks, and ensure the resilience, sustainability, and competitiveness of Small Enterprises in Buhi, Camarines Sur.
