Through surveys and interviews with industry stakeholders, it provides a detailed understanding of the local market landscape. Simultaneously, the comparative analysis method assesses compressive and flexural strengths of concrete mixtures using Type I Portland cement. Standard Test Methods for Flexural Strength (ASTM C78) and Compressive Strength (ASTM C39) were employed with curing periods of 14 and 28 days. The study-maintained consistency in concrete mixtures with a ratio of 1:2:4 for cement, fine aggregates, and coarse aggregates, and a water-cement ratio of 0.60. The research acknowledges its limitation to the Poblacion areas of Rinconada District, Camarines Sur, and highlights regional dynamics' importance in interpreting results for broader contexts.
