Using a descriptive research method, the study collected data from 200 respondents through survey questionnaires and statistical analyses, including percentage technique, weighted mean, and Spearman correlation. The objectives were to examine the demographic profiles of tourists, identify factors affecting their behavior, evaluate their destination experiences, and propose strategies to enhance the resorts' appeal. Findings reveal that most tourists prioritize relaxation, safety, natural beauty, and affordability when choosing resorts. These preferences reflect the region's unique offerings, such as pristine beaches and warm hospitality, which align with their desire for escapism and family bonding. Challenges identified include limited marketing efforts, insufficient infrastructure, and environmental maintenance. Despite these issues, tourists expressed high satisfaction with the picturesque surroundings and customer service. The study concludes that resorts in Itangon, Bula, hold immense potential for sustainable tourism development if supported by collaborative efforts between resort operators and local government units. It recommends the enhancement of tourism infrastructure, effective marketing strategies, and continuous improvement of services to meet tourist expectations. These measures aim to foster greater satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term sustainability. To address the study's objectives, a travel vlog showcasing Itangon's resorts was developed as an output. The vlog aims to attract more visitors by highlighting the region's beauty, unique experiences, and affordability. This initiative serves as a practical tool to promote tourism and strengthen the local economy.
