520 3 _aThis study assessed the destination image, perceived destination image, and factors influencing the destination image of Iriga City through the use of the mixed method and purposive sampling. Researchers used an interview guide, along with participation sampling to collect, analyze, and interpret data about the present research involving the collection of factual data using the questionnaire, which was applied in this study. This study has a total of 105 respondents where consisting of seventy (70) local residents, twenty (20) tourists, ten (10) private sector, and five (5) tourism officials. The researcher also utilized an adapted questionnaire which was distributed to one hundred one (101) respondents, especially to the residents and tourists. To interpret the data gathered, statistical tools such as weighted mean, spearman correlation, and the four-point rating scale and ranking method were also used. The study revealed that in destination profile amenities, and attraction was the most selected based on the respondents it concluded that they must adapt developing project to make it more convenient to the tourist., it also revealed that in perceiving destination images of natural resources, leisure and recreation should adapt developing and conservation projects to support the tourism destination. Additionally, it revealed that personal factors were the most influential in destination image factors when visiting a certain destination. The final output of this study is a proposed destination management plan to enhance the destination image and to increase the potential visitors to Iriga City. The researcher recommended that future researchers use it as a guide in undertaking their research in similar fields.
