This study used a survey method through questionnaires supplemented by an unstructured interview through home visitation among 50 respondents of Zone 6 Barangay Agos Polangui Albay composed of randomly selected from the clustered sampling of parents. Several statistical tools were employed to accurately aggregate the response of the respondents, such as the percentage technique, weighted mean, and likert scale. The level of Awareness of the respondents, the researchers found out that better patient participation in health management can be achieved using telemedicine ranked highest, while the extent of knowing the advantages of telemedicine for standard medical needs ranked lowest. The average weighted mean in awareness is 2.74. As the level of Acceptability of the respondents, researchers found out that the idea of using telemedicine for routine checkups ranked highest, while the idea of using telemedicine in emergency situations ranked lowest. The average weighted mean in acceptability is 3.21. In addition, there is no significant relationship between Awareness and Acceptability on Telemedicine.
