This study investigates the work-life balance strategies, determinants, and their interrelationships among clinical instructors at Catanduanes State University. A quantitative descriptive-correlational design was employed. Total enumeration sampling was used, involving 125 clinical instructors. Data were gathered using a structured, validated questionnaire covering demographics, work-life balance methods, and influencing determinants. Statistical tools such as frequency, percentage, weighted mean, Chi-square test, and Spearman's rank correlation were utilized to analyze the data. Findings revealed that most clinical instructors were female, aged 37-41 years, married, with 3-4 family members, and primarily Roman Catholic. Majority were part-timers with 1-5 years of service and a family income ranging from 21,915 to 43,828 pesos. Respondents often utilized time management, boundary-setting, and stress-reduction techniques to maintain work-life balance. Significant relationships were found between certain demographic factors (such as age, sex, civil status, and employment status) and the work-life balance methods employed. Additionally, determinants like workload, family responsibilities, and institutional support significantly influenced the choice of balance strategies. The study highlights that clinical instructors actively develop coping strategies to balance their demanding roles. However, institutional factors and personal demographics considerably affect their effectiveness in doing so. The results emphasize the need for targeted institutional support and policy reforms to promote better work-life balance among educators. A contextualized model of work-life balance for clinical instructors at Catanduanes State University was developed, offering practical recommendations to enhance faculty well-being, job satisfaction, and educational quality.
