520 3 _aIn the competitive landscape of small and medium businesses, embracing digital transformation is essential to improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes. This study aimed on implementing the Odoo ERP software in Delta Electrical Products and Hardware Materials. The primary objectives were to examine current processes, select necessary Odoo modules, customize and configure them, and assess the system's acceptability based on ISO 25010 criteria in terms of Functional Suitability, Performance Efficiency, Usability, Maintainability, Reliability, and Security. A mixed-method approach was used, gathering data from surveys and interviews with stakeholders, including the business owner, secretary, sales staff, ERP experts, and IT experts. The system's performance was evaluated using a weighted mean to determine its effectiveness in meeting business operational needs. The results showed high acceptability across all performance indicators, with particularly strong ratings in security and functional suitability. The overall weighted mean score of 4.58 indicated that the system exceeded expectations, fully meeting all requirements and standards. This study concluded that the Odoo ERP software, customized for SMEs, is highly effective in automating and optimizing business operations. It recommends exploring additional Odoo modules, further customization to address other business challenges, and conducting comparative studies with other ERP solutions to identify best practices for SMEs.
