520 3 _aNursing students face significant challenges during their Related Learning Experience (RLE), combining rigorous academics with clinical training, often amplifying financial and psychological stress. This study examined these stressors among Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) students at Catanduanes State University, focusing on their impact during RLE training. Financial burdens, including tuition, living expenses, and RLE-related costs, were explored alongside their effects on personal, academic, and clinical performance. Using a quantitative, descriptive-correlational design, the study surveyed 520 second- to fourth-year nursing students through a structured questionnaire assessing financial and psychological stress, coping strategies, and performance outcomes. Statistical analyses, including correlation and t-tests, examined relationships among students' profiles, stress factors, and performance impacts. Findings revealed that financial stress was widespread, driven by tuition fees, RLE-related expenses, and living costs. This strain contributed to psychological challenges, such as anxiety and burnout, which adversely affected academic motivation and clinical efficiency. Time management difficulties and reduced overall performance were frequently reported. The analysis showed a strong correlation between financial stress and declines in both academic and personal effectiveness. Coping strategies, including time management and social support, varied in effectiveness but were commonly employed. The results underscore the significant impact of financial and psychological stress on nursing students' performance during RLE. These insights emphasize the need for enhanced institutional support to mitigate stressors, promote effective coping mechanisms, and create a more supportive educational environment.
