| 520 | _b This study aims to determine the students' well-being and their readiness for internships, focusing on fourth-year Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA) students at Camarins Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) Buhi Campus. The study used a survey questionnaire that was given to 103 students as part of its descriptive methodology. The results showed that young, single female students from lower-income families made up the majority of respondents. The study found that emotional, mental/intellectual, and physical well-being are important factors affecting internship readiness. In order to have a successful internship, students strongly agreed that maintaining good hygiene, prioritizing mental health, and fostering strong relationships were essential. The study also found a significant negative relationship between perceived readiness and age, sex, civil status, and family monthly income. This implies that female students from lower-income families who are younger and single might think they are more prepared for internships. The research concludes that fostering students' well-being is essential to preparing them for internships. Recommendations include promoting healthy lifestyles, emphasizing mental health support, encouraging emotional intelligence, and providing comprehensive career development programs. These strategies aim to equip BSOA students with the necessary skills knowledge and support to overcome the challenges of internships and succeed in their career pursuits. | ||
