It explores the impact of these challenges on their well-being, self-direction and focus, academic performance, and financial stability, while also analyzing strategies they use to stay productive and achieve success. It also considers potential inervention programs to support their academic goals. The descriptive design was used, having 50 respondents and using a structured questionnaire. The study concluded that the profiles of the respondents, specifically the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration and the Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education students enrolled at CSPC Buhi Campus during the first semester of the 2024-2025 school year, are mostly female, aged 21- 26 years old, in the third-year level, single, with good academic performance, and reported with an average monthly income between 1, 001 and 3,000. Students balance their work and study to cover living expenses, and school obligations, and support their families. The researchers has developed a comprehensive intervention program design to assist working students in effectively balancing their work and academics, with particular focus on promoting a flexible schedule, seminars for stress handling, regular support sessions, and a workshop and scholarship program to ensure that students cam thrive in both their work and academic pursuits.
