This study aims to address factors affecting the academic performance of BSOA students during pandemic. Descriptive-correlational method was used in this study to determine the factors affecting the academic performance of students in terms of Environmental, Financial Support, Social Support, and Personal Factors. The respondents of this study were composed of 117 using the slovin's formula, but the survey was not able to get 100% retrieval of the questionnaire due to unavoidable circumstances of the target respondents for this reason, there were only 91 respondents in total. Finding most of the respondents belong to the age ranges 17-23; majority of the respondents is 19-20 ages. Majority of the respondents are female and most of the respondents are single. Among the four factors affecting the academic performance of BSOA student during pandemic the environmental factors ranked 1 with an average weighted mean of 3.32; following the financial factors with an average weighted mean of 3.16; social support factors with an average weighted mean of 2.90; and the personal factors with an average weighted mean of 3.10. There is no significant difference between the profile and the factors affecting academic performance of BSOA students. Proposed intervention program to enhance Bachelor of Science in Office Administration students' mastery in machine shorthand.
