520 3 _aThe study determines the Perceived Performance of BSOA Students in Student Internship Program A/Y 2023-2024. It determined the profile (age, sex, civil status), professional (employment status, training attended), Perceived performance in social impact, personal impact, and Intellectual Impact of the respondents. The researchers believe that the result of this study would be beneficial to the BSOA students, Faculty, Instructor, Parents, Researchers, and Future Researchers with the same sense of interest. The questionnaire was distributed with widely open access to the respondents and got a number of seventy-five varied responses from 4th year students Graduate in BSOA programs. The researchers used the descriptive survey method through data gathering instruments such as self-made questionnaires to gather the necessary data. The data gathered were treated statistically using the percentage technique, weighted mean, and Likert-type scale. The major findings are as follows: The majority of the student graduates are in the age range of 22-23 years old, female, single, and mainly are not employed and office management trainees. Additionally, on perceived performance, students agree on personal impact, while they agree on social impact and intellectual impact. As an output, the recommendation focused on the performance enhancement of the student graduates under the Impact of Internship, namely Personal Impact, Social Impact, and Intellectual Impact.
