It also examined the Bikol- Boinen nominal case marking systems along with constituent orders and determiners. Determining how the nominal case marking system works in the Bikol-Boinen language is the main objective of this study. By using the native Boinen responses through the interview made, the researchers used a qualitative study design. Responses that had been transcribed were used, and descriptive content analysis was performed to gain the necessary information. Yo, ana, aan, an, a, which in English is "the" and "that," are determiners and demonstratives used in the Bicol- Boinen language. It is generally used at the beginning of sentences, usually before nouns. It also represents the third person, single and plural, which are also personal pronouns that can be translated in English as "he/she," "it," or "they." How they are employed depends on whether they are nearby the speaker physically or at a specific time. Bikol-Boinen was also found to be a V-S-O or verb-subject-object language. However, subjects do occasionally take the lead. Furthermore, Bikol- Boinen's basic sentence structure comprises the markers si, ni, and ki, with si serving as the fundamental sentence structure. To highlight the distinctiveness of the language, the researchers compiled a little collection of Bikol-Boinen words entitled A Guide to Boinen Language Morphology. | |
