520 _aThis research determined perception towards the factors that affect the online transactions of entrepreneurs in Buhi, Camarines Sur. This study used a descriptive online survey involving a sample of 30 respondents. Research findings indicated that the majority of the respondents are in their adulthood where most of them are in 20-25 years old entrepreneur and most of them are female. Entrepreneurs used different applications when it comes to online selling like Lazada, Shopee and Facebook. Location, financial and internet connectivity were the factors that affect the online transactions of entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs adapt online transaction mostly because it is convenient, less stress and time saving. Majority of the entrepreneurs rated "excellent" when it comes to their experiences in using online shopping/ e-purchase. In addition, majority of the respondents rated "very good" when it comes to satisfaction of the quality of the purchase product. Thus, conduct some seminar on what safety and threats are there in online transactions in order for the entrepreneurs to be aware of. Provide legitimate and necessary information given the assurance that confidential information shouldn't be disclosed outside the parameter of transaction.
