Dissertation note: Undergraduate Thesis (BSOA)-Office Administration. Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, 2022. Abstract: This study aims to determine the Academic Performance of Working Students at CSPC Buhi Campus. Specifically, it seems to answer the following questions: (1) To determine the profile of the respondents in terms of (a.) Age, (b.) Gender, (c.) Monthly Family Income, (d.) Work Status, (e.) Nature of work; (2) The academic performance of the respondents; (3) The effect on the academic performance of the working students of CSPC, Buhi Campus; (4) Recommendation may be proposed to improve the academic performance of the working students. The conclusion drawn from the study are; (1) Most respondents were between the ages of 17 and 20. There are mainly female respondents. The average monthly family income of the respondents was less than 5,000. The majority of the are still able to understand that services are the nature of their work. (2) The respondents are participating in class, even though they are working, this means that they manage to cope up with their academic responsibilities. (3) The majority of the students who work are a major contributor to stress and a lack of social interaction. Knowing that working and studying come first, their social lives, including hanging out with friends or going out to parties, are put on hold. (4) Students who are employed are more likely to receive poor grades than students who have the financial means to pursue their education without the need for employment. The researchers' recommendation to boost working students' academic performance is to retain their performance while working outside the school's boundaries. Additionally, students should schedule their studies around their jobs because they should not neglect their education.
