This research study concentrated on the fabrication of a device that can peel off the skin, slice, and remove the seeds of a santol. Santol is one of the most common, delicious and nutritious fruit in the Philippines. The santol trees are found throughout the country. It can be grown on the side of the road or at the back of our homes. It is only for commercial planting and fruit grade that a santol tree must be placed in such a way that its distance from neighboring trees is taken into account, and it must be provided sufficient nutrients to speed up its growth. The objective of this study aims to make a device that can produce a grated santol that can be used in several products in the most efficient way and evaluate the performance of the device in terms of speed and quantity of the santol to be peeled, sliced, deseed, and grated.
