Dissertation note: Undergraduate Thesis (BSOA)- Office Administration. Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, 2021. Abstract: This study was focuses on management skills of student leaders in Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, Buhi Campus which includes the profile of the student leaders (Age, Sex, Position), different management skills for student leaders and factors that affect the management skills of student leaders, the study are composed of 14 respondents. Descriptive Methods was used to findings out the results of a given research problem. From the findings as well as the conclusions it is revealed that the followings are recommended, proper time management from being a student leader, making a school activity to develop their unity, communicating skills and boost their confidence, take responsibility of other students for being a student leader, you need to understand well the problem of every student, you need to make a good thing for being a good example for them, and take responsibility properly for being a leader and amaze another student.
