Dissertation note: Undergraduate Thesis (BSOA)- Office Administration Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, 2024. Summary: The CHED's mission is to safeguard academic freedom, improve quality, and make education accessible to everyone. In terms of student welfare services, student development, the difficulties students face with student services, and student development plans to enhance service delivery, this study attempts to ascertain the degree of student satisfaction with student services at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges Buhi Campus by using 50 percent of the 252 students who were formally enrolled at the CSPC Buhi Campus for the first semester of the 2024-2025 school year. The goals were accomplished using the descriptive technique. A survey questionnaire was employed to gather data, which was then analyzed using the weighted mean. The results demonstrated the respondents' satisfaction with the student services. However, there are sometimes difficulties with the student services. According to the study's findings, the school might make the Student Handbook more timely and accessible and provide a fairer and more open scholarship application procedure. However, most students are happy with the help they receive in the workforce, and their experience may be improved with better resources, responsiveness, and service delivery. The researchers provide the following suggestions considering these findings: The campus may provide a variety of formats for orientation materials to accommodate different learning styles; counseling services to meet the needs of individuals; career fairs and workshops to connect students with employers; industry visits and site tours; and provide printed copies of the Student Handbook upon enrollment. Implementing mentorship programs, leadership workshops, a unique online page for academic updates and frequently asked questions, and frequent updates on financial aid opportunities may also be considered to improve service delivery.
