Abstract: This study was conducted at Camarines Norte Electric Cooperative, Inc. which covered 12 municipalities and 230 barangays. It attempted to identify the trend of the recorded monthly losses incurred by the cooperative for the year 2001 to 2003. It covered only the quantified losses and its deviation to the 14% caps on recoverable losses set by NEA. Data for 2004 as of the time of writing is not included.
