Dissertation note: Undergraduate Theses (BSCE) - Civil Engineering. Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, 2022. Abstract: Pili is the capital and the 1st class municipality of Camarines Sur in terms of income classification. Due to its continued economic growth and steady progress, mode of transportation is very necessary since it enables people to travel to a wide range of locations, carry goods and services, conduct business, and engage in commerce. However, as the number of different modes of transportation increases, it will lead to a serious traffic problem that people may face. Thus, having a terminal in a particular place is crucial. Specifically, this study aims to; (1) determine the traffic condition of the municipality; (2) design and identify the locations of the amenities of the building; and (3) estimate how much it will cost to construct the building. The terminal is to be named "Apit Pili Terminal. "Apit" is a term used by the people in Rinconada. The word means to drop by. This study uses a descriptive and developmental method in the design of the Accessible Pili Integrated Terminal, the capacity of occupants that the structure can accommodate, and the estimated cost of the terminal. In this study it was found that traffic condition in Pili, Camarines Sur congested along National Road (Pan-Philippine Highway) and Diversion Road during peak hours, especially in the morning at around 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM and in the afternoon between 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM where traffic congestion is at its highest. The proposed terminal consists of well-arranged amenities plus a dormitory that will benefit both passengers and drivers, the area itself, parking and the terminal capacity is sufficient to accommodate passengers.
