Includes bibliographical references.
The researchers developed a remote-controlled garbage collector prototype that will reduce waste significantly. Specifically, the researchers designed and constructed a remote controlled solar powered water waste collector to test its capacity, operation, effectiveness and safety. The descriptive and developmental methods were used in the study. The prototype has eight main components that have different functions in operation. The researchers conducted the prototype functionality in terms of load capacity, operation, effectiveness of garbage collection and safety. There were three trials conducted in terms of load capability of the prototype and two of them are successful. The operation, effectiveness and safety of the prototype were properly executed and observed as the proposed outcome of the study finished.
