Integrating Information Systems (IS) in organization supports daily undertakings across various industries where in need for an initial assessment of its viability. This study generally aimed to conduct a feasibility study on the implementation of an IS in the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Iriga City. Specifically, conduct a prioritization assessment of the current processes, assess the viability of implementing the top priority IS based on the Technical, Economic, Legal, Organizational, and Schedule (TELOS) aspects, and propose a solution or a project plan for system development and acquisition. A mixed-method research design was employed, covering quantitative and qualitative methods to answer the study’s specific objectives. These methods include interviews and surveys, collated from BFP personnel, citizens/residents, and IT experts. Moreover, to summarize the collected data, a rank order, frequency for quantitative data, and narrative analysis were utilized. The prioritization assessment revealed that the top priority was responding to fire incidents and other emergencies, which proposed the Emergency Response Manager (ERM) application. Technical, economic, and schedule were not feasible considering the existing technological limitations and budget constraints; thus, a timeline is unnecessary; legal and organizational were feasible for recognizing the operations. Upon analysis, the implementation of the ERM application was considered not feasible, which does not align with the organization's resources and capabilities, this recommends technical resources and sustain additional fundings for the application. Therefore, this recommends a system that incorporates the status of the Bureau of Fire Protection in Iriga City to improve the processes and transactions effectively.
