Dissertation note: Undergraduate Theses (BSCE) - Civil Engineering. Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, 2024. Abstract: This capstone project proposes the design of a Rinconada Healthcare Center in Nabua, Camarines Sur, specifically in Santiago Old, Nabua, Camarines Sur, comprising multi- specialty clinics and laboratories. The study designed an architectural, structural, plumbing, and electrical plan for a healthcare center. This study aims to improve patient convenience by offering a wide range of healthcare services under one roof, encouraging specialist collaboration, and simplifying the diagnostic process. In order to thoroughly collect the data for the study, a mixed-methods approach was used, integrating descriptive and developmental research techniques. To find patterns, statistical techniques were applied to the analysis of survey and interview data. The study finds significant gaps in the Rinconada region's healthcare system since there are now only five (5) centers that combine five or more medical specialists. The results emphasize how crucial it is to improve the healthcare system in order to offer the Rinconada population comprehensive medical treatment. The strategic location of the proposed site, which guarantees easy access to essential healthcare services, is highlighted by an examination of accessibility differences across Rinconada localities. The Rinconada Healthcare Center's design places considerable importance on compliance with the NSCP, NBCP, NPCP, PEC, and DOH Guidelines. The suggested center is positioned to satisfy community needs for accessibility, safety, and capacity while promoting comprehensive and sustainable healthcare services, which highlights the necessity of filling in Rinconada's healthcare infrastructure gaps.
