This study examined the implementation of health service tasks under Philippine National Police (PNP) Memorandum Circular No. 2020-029, the Revised PNP Comprehensive Health and Physical Fitness Program, among police personnel in Nabua, Camarines Sur. It aimed to evaluate the degree of implementation, identify challenges encountered, and assess the relationship between implementation levels and these challenges. Using a descriptive survey design, data were collected from 30 PNP personnel through structured questionnaires. Findings showed that respondents were predominantly young, male, and moderately experienced in police service. Most health service tasks were perceived as mostly implemented, though inconsistencies were noted in Body Mass Index (BMI) monitoring and health record maintenance. Challenges were categorized into personal (e.g., lack of motivation, health conditions), environmental (e.g., limited facilities, travel barriers), and occupational (e.g., workload, scheduling conflicts). Statistical analysis revealed that personal and environmental challenges significantly influenced implementation levels, while occupational factors had no significant effect indicating continued participation despite job demands. The study recommends improving administrative processes, enhancing access to wellness facilities, integrating mental health support, and strengthening program evaluation. These findings underscore the need for a structured and sustainable action plan to improve the implementation of PNP MC No. 2020-029 and support the health and operational efficiency of police personnel.
