This study aimed to determine the availability of TV white space and the socioeconomic profile of residents in the Rinconada District, Camarines Sur, Philippines. The research used a quantitative-descriptive research method and collected data through field surveys and measurements of TV white space using the RF Explorer. A questionnaire was also administered to a representative sample of households in each of the study areas to gather information on their socioeconomic profile. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and GIS software was used to map out the TV white space availability in the study areas. The findings of the study showed that TV white space is available in the study areas, with varying degrees of availability. The socioeconomic profile of the residents in the study areas was also found to influence their access to and use of TV white space technology. The study has some limitations, but the results provide important insights into the availability of TV white space and its potential for improving connectivity in rural areas.
