The Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC), Buhi Campus have a vital role in giving the best quality education for Bicolano's. The effectiveness of guidance and counseling services among the students of CSPC, Buhi Campus more specifically, it tried to answer the following questions: (1) What is the profile of the respondents? (2) What is the perception of the respondents on the School Guidance Services? (3) What are the problems encountered affecting the implementation of the Guidance and Counseling Services among students of CSPC, Buhi Campus? (4) What intervention programs may be proposed to enhance the Guidance and Counseling Services? The study used descriptive research design in collecting, analyzing, classifying, interpreting, and summarizing data. The participants in the study were 80 students of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, Buhi Campus selected using a simple random sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a research-made survey questionnaire for data collection and was interpreted using a weighted mean. The participants perceived the intervention program as valuable and beneficial. It effectively addresses their needs and concerns, contributing positively to their well-being and development. The program is well-received and considered helpful by the participants in improving their overall experience and outcomes. The recommendations of the study are the following: (1) The respondents may provide valuable insights and perspectives to improve the guidance and counseling services of CSPC should be sustained to maintain the good perception of the student. (3) The problems encountered should be paid attention by the guidance and counseling personnel to avoid further problems. (4) The intervention program proposed to be implemented for effective guidance and counseling services.
