Abstract: The purpose of this research was to identify the Coping Mechanism on Stress in Flexible Learning of Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management students This aims to identify (1) the demographic profile of tourism students in terms of age, gender, address, and year level, and (2) the amount of stress experienced by BSTM students in terms of Psychological, Physical Health, Social Health, and Academic Related (3) What are the coping strategies used by BSTM students to deal with stress? (4) Is there a substantial difference between the respondents profiles and the stress experienced in flexible Icarning? (5) What intervention program may be proposed for BSTM students stress coping mechanisms in flexible learning? This study will aid the students in figuring out how to manage the stress they felt throughout the epidemic, especially when it comes to flexible learning. All schools are closed during pandemics, and it is determined to provide flexible learning for the kids. This condition makes all students feel anxious about their academics, with each student having a distinct cause for their stress. This study will help the students adjust to the new educational system by providing them with tips on how to handle their psychological, physical, social, and academic noeds while a pandemic is underway. The focus of this research study was The Coping Mechanism on Stress in Flexible Learning of Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management students at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges. The students and researchers provided data and evidence regarding the study's various aspects. The primary constraint on the study of tourism was the passage of the data collection window. Since flexible learning is a new norm, the researchers believe it is best to identify the stress in flexible learning that the students are experiencing in order to learn and manage the stress. The responses provided by the 200 tourism students who participated in this study are helpful in understanding how they will cope with stress in this situation, the difficulties they have faced during online class, and the recommendations to improve the psychological, physical health, social health, and academic related.
