Undergraduate Thesis (BSOA- Office Administration Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, 2021.

This study aims to determine the Strategies of Coping with Stress brought by the Pandemic among Bachelor of Science in Office Administration students in Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges Buhi Campus, Specifically, it sought to answer the following questions 1) What is the Profile of Bachelor of Science in Office Administration students in Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges Buhi Campus in terms of personal- age, sex, civil status and address 2) What are the Stressors brought by the Pandemic among Bachelor of Science in Office Administration students in Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges Buhi Campus in terms of Social and Financial 3) What strategies may be proposed to cope with stress brought by the pandemic. The methodology used was Descriptive Research Method. The Conclusion was from the study 1) The thirty (30) respondents of Bachelor of Science in Office Administration in CSPC Buhi Campus personal profile are majority that the ages was out of 30 respondents, there are 20 years old; ten (10) or 33.33% percent; seven (7) or 23.33% are 21 years old; (9) or 30 .33% are 22 years old; two (2) or 6.67% percent are 23 years old; and two (2) or 6.67% are belong to the age bracket of 24 years old. 2) In terms of sex, it is shown that out of 30 respondents, twenty-two (22) or 73.33% percent are female and eight (8) or 26.67% percent are male. 3) In terms of Civil Status. it is indicated that out of 30 respondents, all of them are single. 4) In terms of Profile of Respondents on Addresses, that out of 30 respondents, seven (7) or 23.33 percent are from Ipili Buhi, Camarines Sur; four (4) or 13.33 percent are from Salvacion Buhi, Camarines Sur; five (5) or 16.67 percent are from San Buenaventura Buhi, Camarines Sur; five (5) or 16.67% percent are from San Pedro Buhi, Camarines Sur; and nine (9) or 30.00 percent are from Sta. Justina Buhi, Camarines Sur. Data showed that weighted mean was 2.92 (Slightly Affected). And the highest indicators rated were: First, Does your strategies are affective in avoiding academic stress this time of pandemic? 2.93 (Slightly Affected), second, "As a BSOA student, does your ways/ strategy in coping with stress brought by the situation we helps you?" with a weighted mean of 2.86 (Slightly Affected), and third, "How will you rate the stress brought by the pandemic?" with weighted mean of 3.4 (Affected).
The terms used in this study were defines conceptually and/ or operationally. Related Literature and Studies were reviewed that provide opinions, ideas, and theories that relevant to the present study. The data gathered were treated statistically through percentage technique, weighted mean and rank ordering method.
