The study covered the three hospitals in Ligao city. Josephina Belmonte Duran Memorial District hospital, Dr. Sofronio B. Garcia Memorial Hospital, and Perpetual help clinic. It was further delimited on the patients having length of stay from the hospitals having at least three (3) days onwards as of September 2013. The descriptive type of research was used with the questionnaire-checklist as the main data gathering instrument. The researcher used weighted mean and Spearman rank correlation as the statistical tools.
