The paper goes deep into twenty (20) officers of PASOA and the eleven (11) BSOA Regular faculty members of the academic year 20242025 in order to have a view of the organization‟s programs and activities in networking, linkages, collaboration, and professional opportunities. A survey approach was applied, using organized questionnaires as the primary information source. Although simple in structure, the method allowed insight into performance gaps, helping highlight where changes might be most effective. The findings show PASOA welcomes connections while staying active in building them; it keeps solid ties with people inside and outside the organization - also offering initiatives that support career development for participants. Regarding difficulties, issues noted are low involvement, timing problems, insufficient funds, alongside tech- related barriers. Furthermore, results from the study revealed that significant differences existed between officers and faculty in terms of perceptions related to the effectiveness of networking and collaborative activities, thus implying that better coordination and communication were needed: In addition, the research suggests that besides just strengthening organizational strategies, partnership-building efforts should also be extended and, in turn, sustainable collaboration fostered not only as a means of professional development but also of engagement for both PASOA officers and faculty members.1 aBelbes, Jesusa Mae S.,eauthor.1 aBarbosa, John Paul C.,eauthor.1 aRicafort, Sheane Nicole M.,eauthor. aBermal, Marites A.,eadviser. aLuzon, Jay L.,echair, panelist. aLagatic, Alyssa D.,epanelist. aEstrebello, Genevie A.,epanelist. 2ddcn0cUMhG182niBSOAkUTHm2025 00102ddc4070aCSPCbCSPCcUTHd2026-10-21l0oUTH BSOA G182n 2025p007617UMr2026-10-21 09:06:43t1-1w2026-10-21yUM c33831d33831
