This study delves into the proficiency level in Medical Internship of BSOA graduates. It determined the profile of the respondents as to age, sex, and section; proficiency in the Medical Internship and the challenges encountered by the respondents. The researchers believe that the result of the study will be beneficial to the BSOA Faculty, BSOA Program, Researchers, and Future Researchers. Data were collected through a survey questionnaire which was distributed to 114 respondents through Google form. The researchers utilized the questionnaire as the primary data gathering method using rank ordering method, percentage technique, and weighted mean. Findings showed that majority of the respondents are in the age range of 23-24 years old, female, and mostly coming from section A. Additionally, in the level of proficiency, the respondents in terms of communication skills, appointment scheduling, office management, and office phone system are proficient. When it comes to challenges encountered, they rarely encountered challenges in terms of communication skills, appointment scheduling, office management, and office phone systems. As an output, there are intervention plans in order to enhance the proficiency of the BSOA students in medical office procedure courses.
