The descriptive correlational method with the use of the questionnaire was utilized and distributed to a total of 38 middle managers, including college deans, unit heads, and directors, who served as the data source. The data were analyzed using the percentage technique, weighted mean, Spearman rank correlation, and Kendall's coefficient of concordance. The results revealed that the most of respondents fall within the age range of 41 to 45 years old. There is an equal distribution of male and female middle managers, with 19 respondents each. The majority of respondents identified as Roman Catholic and are married. When it comes to the number of children, most respondents have 3-4 children or no children yet, with both categories comprising 34.21 percent each. Additionally, most respondents hold a master's degree, have been in their current positions for 4 to 6 years, and earn a monthly salary between Php 45,001 and 55,000. The middle managers at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges express a high level of satisfaction regarding their overall life and job. The results further revealed that middle managers are greatly affected by intrinsic factors such as relationships with family, friends, and acquaintances; emotional stability, resilience, and ability to cope with stress. Additionally, they are affected by extrinsic factors such as the availability of various benefits which include 13th-month pay, bonus, cash gift, salary loan, policy loans, and special loans. The profiles of age, sex assigned at birth, religion, civil status, number of children, educational attainment, length of service, and monthly salary do not significantly impact the life and job satisfaction of the middle managers at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges. These factors do not play a significant role in determining the level of satisfaction experienced by middle managers in both their personal and professional lives. The proposed plan has the potential to improve the life and job satisfaction of middle managers at Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges.1 aLeal, Eunice Joy R.,eauthor.1 aOliveros, Riza Cathlene P.,eauthor. aPacer, Grace E.,eadviser. aFajardo, Luzviminda A.,echair, panelist. aTagum, Kenny Niño H.,epanelist. aSabio, Hayres Boots S.,epanelist.
