A cross-sectional design, utilized an online survey administered via Google Forms to gather data from a sample of 100 student aides across all college departments. The study focused on understanding the demographic profiles of the student aides, their work-life status across personal, work, family, and academic domains, and the challenges they faced in achieving work-life balance. The findings revealed that the majority of student aides were young females, primarily third-year students from the College of Tourism, Hospitality, and Business Management. Despite strong personal purpose and positive work relationships, they faced challenges in time management, stress management, academic performance, health and well-being. The study found slight correlations between demographic factors and work-life status, with sex showing a slight but definite relationship with work, family, and academic factors. Based on these findings, the study proposed an intervention plan to improve work-life balance for CSPC student aides, focusing on strategies for time management, stress reduction, and mental health support and enhance the overall well-being of student aides at CSPC.1 aOlea, Diana S.,eauthor.1 aSandrino, Rochelle S.,eauthor. aSta Cruz, Lourdes E.,eadviser. aLagatic, Alyssa D.,echair, panelist. aBermal, Marites A.,epanelist. aHallare, Syrell M.,epanelist.
